Kathmandu – Nepal Rastra Bank has determined the foreign exchange rates for today (Friday). The value of some foreign currencies, including the US Dollar, Australian Dollar, Kuwaiti Dinar, and Bahraini Dinar, has increased today. These currencies had been continuously declining for the past three days.

Meanwhile, the value of the Euro and Pound has decreased, according to the central bank. The Euro and Pound have been falling for the past four days.

Today, the buying rate of 1 US Dollar is NPR 141.64 and the selling rate is NPR 142.24. Yesterday, the buying rate of 1 US Dollar was NPR 141.45 and the selling rate was NPR 142.05.

On Kartik 18, the buying rate of 1 US Dollar had reached NPR 141.75 and the selling rate NPR 142.33, which was the highest value recorded so far.

Similarly, today the buying rate of 1 Euro is NPR 163.15 and the selling rate is NPR 163.84. Yesterday, the buying rate of 1 Euro was NPR 163.76 and the selling rate was NPR 164.46.

Today, the buying rate of 1 Pound Sterling is NPR 185.07 and the selling rate is NPR 185.86. Yesterday, the buying rate of 1 Pound Sterling was NPR 185.58 and the selling rate was NPR 186.37.
Today, the buying rate of 1 Australian Dollar is NPR 91.76 and the selling rate is NPR 92.15. Yesterday, the buying rate of 1 Australian Dollar was NPR 91.74 and the selling rate was NPR 92.13.

Similarly, today the buying rate of 1 Kuwaiti Dinar is NPR 460.83 and the selling rate is NPR 462.78. Yesterday, the buying rate of 1 Kuwaiti Dinar was NPR 460.33 and the selling rate was NPR 462.28.
Today, the buying rate of 1 Bahraini Dinar is NPR 375.70 and the selling rate is NPR 377.29. Yesterday, the buying rate of 1 Bahraini Dinar was NPR 375.19 and the selling rate was NPR 376.78.

Nepal Rastra Bank has stated that these exchange rates can be revised at any time as necessary. The exchange rates set by commercial banks may differ, and the updated rates are available on the central bank’s website.
