Kathmandu — Kumari Bank Limited has decided not to distribute dividends, as per the resolution passed during its Board of Directors meeting held on Wednesday, Kartik 26.

The meeting approved the financial statements of the previous fiscal year and agreed to submit them to Nepal Rastra Bank for approval. It was also decided that no dividends would be distributed to shareholders.

Currently, the bank has a paid-up capital of NPR 26.22 billion. However, dates for the bank’s annual general meeting, book closure, and other related events have not yet been finalized.
