Kathmandu — A false rumor claiming the death of Bollywood’s “He-Man” Dharmendra at the age of 89 has been circulating. However, this is not true. His wife Hema Malini and daughter Esha Deol have denied the reports and confirmed that Dharmendra is alive and recovering. Despite the clarification, the fake news shocked the film industry and fans alike. According to reports, he was admitted to Mumbai’s Breach Candy Hospital on Monday evening due to breathing difficulties.

Esha’s Confirmation

Dharmendra’s daughter Esha Deol wrote:
“The media is continuously spreading false news. My father is stable and recovering. We kindly request everyone to give our family some privacy. Thank you to all who are praying for his speedy recovery.”

Hema Malini’s Outrage

Hema Malini expressed her anger on social media, tweeting:
“What is happening is inexcusable. How can responsible news channels spread false information about someone who is responding well to treatment and recovering? This is extremely disrespectful and irresponsible behavior. Please respect the family’s need for privacy.”

Stream of Visitors at the Hospital

As soon as the news broke that Dharmendra was in critical condition and hospitalized, a wave of concern swept through the film industry. Many celebrities were worried about his health. Bollywood superstars Shah Rukh Khan, Salman Khan, and Govinda visited the hospital to check on him. Since his admission, the entire Deol family has remained at the hospital.

Hema Malini’s Appeal

On the evening of November 10, Hema Malini shared a smiling photo of Dharmendra on her social media, writing:
“I want to thank everyone who expressed concern for Dharam ji. He is currently under the care of doctors at the hospital and is being closely monitored. We are all with him. I appeal to everyone to pray for his speedy recovery.”
