Kathmandu — A UK-based health and beauty retailer, Superdrug, conducted a survey of 2,000 women, revealing that Saturday night is the time most women feel the most attractive and confident.
According to the study, over half of the women voted for a simple spray of perfume as their favorite way to feel special. They prefer a light, refreshing fragrance that gives them a sense of charm and confidence.

The survey found that weekends are special for married couples, as both partners remain busy during the week and rarely get quality time together. For many, Saturday night becomes a romantic moment to reconnect and enjoy each other’s company.
Women said they usually prepare by taking a warm bath, wearing push-up bras, and showing off their beautiful legs to feel more appealing.
Superdrug’s representative, Sarah Wolverson, quoted in the Daily Express, said the survey proves that women know exactly what makes them feel sexy and confident—but they usually do it only on special days, not every day.
The study concludes that Saturday night is the ultimate confidence boost for women when they indulge in self-care and express their most attractive selves.
