Kathmandu — The Ministry of Home Affairs has transferred 36 officials, including Chief District Officers (CDOs) and undersecretaries, across various districts.

According to the ministerial-level decision, two department directors under the ministry have also been transferred. CDOs from Lalitpur, Morang, Rupandehi, and other districts are included in the list.

Khim Badur Raymajhi, Chief Immigration Officer at Gautam Buddha International Airport, has been appointed as CDO of Jumla, while Jumla’s CDO Kedar Nath Sharma has been transferred to the airport as Chief Immigration Officer.

Undersecretary Vasudev Ghimire has been posted as CDO of Jhapa, and Jhapa’s CDO Gopal Kumar Adhikari has been moved to Kavrepalanchok. Undersecretary Gogan Bahadur Hamal has been appointed CDO of Bardiya, and Bardiya’s CDO, Surendra Paudel, has been transferred to Siraha.

Director Yubaraj Kattel of the Department of National ID and Registration has been transferred as CDO of Morang, and Morang’s CDO Indra Dev Yadav has been posted to Mahottari. Director Prem Prasad Bhattarai of the Department of Offense Property Management has been appointed CDO of Lalitpur, while Lalitpur’s CDO Suman Ghimire has been posted to the same department.

The transfer list also includes CDOs of Rupandehi, Kailali, Nawalparasi, Mahottari, Dolakha, Parsa, Udayapur, Dadeldhura, Lamjung, Banke, Bardiya, Jumla, Arghakhanchi, Rautahat, Kapilvastu, Sindhuli, Achham, Gulmi, Sunsari, Lalitpur, Bhaktapur, Morang, Jhapa, Kavre, Bara, Dhankuta, Dhanusha, Makwanpur, Gorkha, Sarlahi, and Siraha districts.
