Kathmandu — A group of Nepali artists met Prime Minister Sushila Karki at her residence in Baluwatar to discuss contemporary issues. Participants included Vijay Baral, Richa Sharma, Bipin Karki, Nischal Basnet, musician Kaliprasad Baskota, Karma, and others.

According to Baral, PM Karki asked the artists for their suggestions and opinions. The artists advised, “Provide authentic updates. Accurate information will deliver a positive message to all Nepalis.”

Baral added that the artists suggested PM Karki focus on combating corruption, proceeding with elections, completing the cabinet, and working with renewed energy.

He further said, “In difficult situations, remember and act accordingly. We can help convey the positive actions and messages of your government to the people through art.” The artists expressed their commitment to support the government in positive initiatives.

They also recommended quickly completing the cabinet formation. Home Minister Omprakash Aryal was also present at the meeting.
