Kathmandu—A 36-year-old scooter rider, Mingmar Pakhrin, died during treatment after being critically injured when a car hit his scooter at Mulpani Narlingate, Kageshwari Manohara-6.

According to Nareshraj Suvedi, spokesperson for the Valley Traffic Police Office, the car with registration number BA 5 CHA 8320 collided with Pakhrin’s scooter (BA PRA 02-027 PA 6730). Monday (Yesterday) Pakhrin was receiving treatment at Shankharapur Hospital when he succumbed to his injuries.

The car driver involved in the accident has been taken into police custody.
