Kathmandu — Norvic International Hospital, one of Nepal’s leading private healthcare institutions, has announced a salary hike for its nursing staff. The minimum monthly salary for graduate nurses has been set at Rs 37,000, effective from Kartik 1.

This is the second salary revision within the current fiscal year, reflecting the hospital’s commitment to valuing its frontline workers.
In a press release, Norvic stated that the decision recognizes the relentless service and dedication of nursing professionals. The hospital also praised the medical and nursing staff for their efforts during the free treatment of those injured in the recent Gen Z movement.
