Kathmandu — The Kathmandu District Administration Office has barred the CPN-UML’s youth wing from holding its planned motorcycle rally and gathering scheduled for Saturday.
Chief District Officer Ishwar Raj Paudel stated that no group or organization has been granted permission to organize rallies, marches, or assemblies in the capital.

The notice, without naming the Youth Association, warned that such activities could pose security challenges and urged everyone not to hold any program without prior approval.
