Kathmandu, Nepal – The first friendly football match between Nepal and Bangladesh ended in a goalless draw at Dashrath Stadium on Saturday evening. Both teams had notable scoring chances but failed to convert them in the competitive encounter.
The match was inaugurated by Nepal’s Minister for Youth and Sports, Tejulal Chaudhary, who presented the ball to the referee. Organized under the FIFA international window, this friendly marks the beginning of a two-match series between the teams, with the second match scheduled for Tuesday.
