Kathmandu – Rastriya Swatantra Party (RSP) Vice President and Member of Parliament Swarnim Wagle has said he has become a victim of deepfake. According to him, a fake video using his AI-generated voice was recently circulated on social media.
Wagle is preparing to file a complaint with the police on Wednesday. The RSP stated that he will appear at the Cyber Bureau office in Bhotahity at around 2:15 PM to complain.
Earlier, a fake video related to the Nepal–India border dispute had surfaced online using Wagle’s voice.
