ACC Premier Cup semi-final: Nepal’s opener scored a half-century against Kuwait

Kathmandu. Nepal has made a great start against Kuwait in the semi-final match of the ACC Premier Cup cricket tournament. After winning the toss, Kushal Bhurtel and Asif Sheikh entered the field to open the innings against Kuwait, who invited Nepal to bat. Kuwait won the toss and invited Nepal to bat in the toss at TU Cricket Ground in Kirtipur. Nepal’s opener Kushal Bhurtel has managed to score 41 runs in 30 balls and Asif Sheikh has scored 23 runs in 21 balls.

Nepal, the winner of Group A, is competing against Kuwait, the runner-up of Group B. Similarly, the competition is going on between Group ‘A’ runner-up Oman and Group ‘B’ winner United Arab Emirates (UAE) at Mulpani Cricket Ground.

The winning team between Nepal and Kuwait and Oman and UAE will play the final. The winner of the tournament will get to play in the Asia Cup.
