Veteran Indian actor Nana Patekar has died at the age of 75 after suffering a cardiac arrest at his residence in Goa, Indian media reported.
Spanning nearly five decades, his career included memorable performances in films such as Parinda, Krantiveer, Agni Sakshi, Natsamrat and Welcome. He was a recipient of three National Film Awards and the Padma Shri.
Following his death, rare photographs of Patekar with his family, along with pictures highlighting his memorable film roles and career, have drawn attention.
