Agriculture, Forest and Environment Minister Geeta Chaudhary has responded to a controversial audio clip circulating on social media.
In the audio, two people are heard mentioning Chaudhary, Home Minister Sudhan Gurung, RSP lawmaker Thakursingh Tharu, and others while discussing alleged financial dealings. One speaker also refers to Chaudhary as his ‘maternal uncle’s daughter.’
Chaudhary said she has no personal or family relationship with the people heard in the audio. She said she is ready to face any evidence and added that the matter has entered the legal process.
