Police have arrested 48-year-old Sher Bahadur Magar of Champadevi Rural Municipality-3, Okhaldhunga, in a banking offense case involving a claim of Rs 84.2 million.
Magar was arrested by a team from the Kathmandu Valley Crime Investigation Office. The Patan High Court had sentenced him in 12 banking offense cases to 2 years and 14 days in prison, along with a fine of Rs 6.21 million and repayment of the claimed amount.
