A Sita Air plane lost its rear right wheel while landing at Jufal Airport in Dolpa on Thursday morning.
The aircraft was flying from Nepalgunj to Jufal with 13 people on board, including seven foreign nationals and six Nepali passengers and crew members. They included 11 men and two women.
The wheel came off as the aircraft landed at around 8:25 a.m. Authorities said everyone on board was safe and there were no casualties. The aircraft remains on the runway while a technical team is inspecting it, according to officials.
