Kathmandu — The Nepali market saw a sharp fall in gold prices on Friday, adding concern among investors at the week’s close. According to the Nepal Gold and Silver Dealers’ Association, gold dropped by Rs. 4,800 per tola.
On Thursday, gold was traded at Rs. 305,800 per tola, but by Friday it had fallen to Rs. 301,000 per tola. Similarly, silver also declined by Rs. 255, dropping from Rs. 4,855 per tola on Thursday to Rs. 4,600 per tola on Friday.
