Koshi Province Economic Affairs and Planning Secretary Kosha Hari Niraula has said he is ready to fulfill his responsibilities wherever the state assigns him. The federal government has assigned him to Rasuwa, with Timure as the base, to help manage the deceased.
Amid various comments over his transfer, Niraula said, ‘I will go wherever the state assigns me and fulfill the responsibility given to me.’ He said his Facebook post was only about humanitarian concerns.
