
Kathmandu — The government has announced that it will start distributing land to landless citizens from the third week of Asar, beginning in Bardiya district. According to the Secretariat of Land Management, Cooperatives, Federal Affairs, and General Administration Minister Pratibha Rawal, the ministry will initiate land distribution in districts where data collection has already been completed.
After Bardiya, preparations are underway to expand the distribution to Tanahun, Banke, Jhapa, and Makwanpur districts.
