However, there has been no official confirmation of any meeting or telephone conversation between Prachanda and Kathmandu Metropolitan City Mayor Balen Shah. At a time when discussions among political leaders are ongoing, the conversation between Prachanda and Rabi Lamichhane is being viewed as significant. Nonetheless, sources say that reports of any interaction between Prachanda and Balen Shah have not been confirmed.
