Prakash Kafle/Kathmandu. Former Prime Minister Dr. Baburam Bhattarai is heading to India today. According to his secretariat, he will participate in the ‘NXT 2026’ Global Summit in New Delhi.
The summit will be held on March 12, 13, and 14 at the India Mandapam in New Delhi. Bhattarai will attend as a ‘Guest of Honor’.
According to the organizers, the summit will bring together policymakers, parliamentarians, technology experts, business leaders, and academics from around the world. Discussions will cover contemporary topics such as governance, technology, economy, education, security, health, environment, and international relations.
Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi will also participate in the event. The active involvement of representatives, young leaders, and experts from various countries has made the summit a key platform for global dialogue and collaboration.
On March 14, Bhattarai is scheduled to deliver a presentation titled ‘Democracy in the Age of AI: Digital Governance and the Youth’. He is expected to return to Nepal on the same day.
