Prakash Kafle/Kathmandu. Raju Pandey of the Rastriya Swatantra Party (RSP) has been elected from Kathmandu Constituency-3 in the House of Representatives election. Pandey secured 18,757 votes in the constituency. His closest rival, Kulman Ghising, received 11,171 votes. A total of 41,919 valid votes were cast in Kathmandu-3. With this result, Pandey defeated Ghising by a significant margin and won the parliamentary seat.
