Kathmandu: The tattoo of the Rastriya Swatantra Party (RSP) election symbol, the Ghanti, has become a hot topic. With more people getting the tattoo, the Election Commission has even mentioned in the code of conduct that voters must cover tattoos of election symbols when going to vote.
