Kathmandu: The Nepal Communist Party (Bahumat Party) has announced a Nepal Bandh for tomorrow, February 17 (Falgun 5, 2082). Some schools in the capital, Kathmandu, have sent notices asking parents not to send children to school tomorrow. However, security agencies have concluded that the strike will have little impact, as the Bahumat Party has very few active cadres.
