Kathmandu – The price of gold in the Nepali market fell sharply on Sunday. According to the Federation of Nepal Gold and Silver Dealers, the price of hallmark gold decreased by NPR 18,800 per tola and has been fixed at NPR 300,000.

On the previous trading day, Friday, the price of hallmark gold was NPR 318,800 per tola. Similarly, the price of silver also fell on Sunday. The Federation stated that silver, which was NPR 7,065 per tola on Friday, dropped to NPR 5,500 per tola on Sunday.

According to the Federation, on Sunday the price of gold per 10 grams is NPR 257,200, while the price of silver per 10 grams is NPR 4,716.
