Kathmandu – On Tuesday, the price of gold in the Nepali market saw a sharp decline. According to the Nepal Gold and Silver Dealers’ Association, the price of hallmark gold dropped by NPR 7,900 per tola, trading at NPR 262,100. On the previous day, Monday, gold was traded at NPR 270,000 per tola.
Similarly, the price of silver also fell. On Monday, silver was traded at NPR 4,895 per tola, but on Tuesday it dropped to NPR 4,590 per tola, according to the Association.
As per the Association, on Tuesday the price of gold per 10 grams stood at NPR 224,710, while silver per 10 grams was traded at NPR 3,935.
