Kathmandu – On Sunday, the price of gold in the Nepali market set a new record. According to the Nepal Gold and Silver Dealers’ Association, the price of hallmark gold increased by NPR 1,300 per tola, reaching NPR 270,600. On the previous trading day, Friday, gold was traded at NPR 269,300 per tola.
Similarly, the price of silver has also increased. On Friday, silver was traded at NPR 4,565 per tola, which rose to NPR 4,835 per tola on Sunday, according to the Association.
As per the Association, on Sunday the price of gold per 10 grams stood at NPR 231,995, while silver per 10 grams was traded at NPR 4,145.
