Kathmandu. On Wednesday, the prices of gold and silver in the Nepali market set a new record. According to the Nepal Gold and Silver Dealers’ Association, hallmark gold increased by NPR 900 per tola, reaching NPR 268,100. On the previous day, Tuesday, gold was traded at NPR 267,200 per tola.

Similarly, the price of silver also rose. On Tuesday, silver was traded at NPR 4,255 per tola, while on Wednesday it climbed to NPR 4,420 per tola, the association reported.

According to the association, on Wednesday the price of gold per 10 grams stood at NPR 229,850, while silver per 10 grams was traded at NPR 3,790.
