Kathmandu. The Gen-Z Investigation Commission has lifted the travel restrictions on former Home Secretary Gokarn Mani Duwadi, ex-IGP Chandrakuber Khapung, and former Kathmandu CDO Chhabilal Rizal, allowing them to leave the valley and travel abroad.

According to the Commission, all inquiry and questioning procedures have been completed. The decision has been communicated to the Ministry of Home Affairs, Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Nepal Police Headquarters, and concerned individuals.
