Kathmandu—The government has formally invited Durga Prasai for talks on Mangsir 22 through a letter signed by PM Sushila Karki’s Chief Secretary Adarsh Kumar Shrestha.
Representatives from Prasai’s Citizen Rescue Mega Campaign have received the letter. Prasai is currently in New Delhi and is expected to return to Nepal on Wednesday.
Earlier, on Mangsir 12, Prasai met Home Minister Om Prakash Aryal to present a 27-point demand, some of which require discussion at the prime minister’s level due to their constitutional complexity. Lawyers Binod Mani Bhattarai and Lavan Nyaupane will facilitate the talks.
