Kathmandu—A car (Ba. Pra. 01–030 Cha 2348) hit a traffic police officer and pedestrians at Keshermahal, killing one person and injuring two others.

The injured include Traffic Havildar Pashuram Thakur and the 66-year-old car driver Suresh Raj Kalika. The deceased, an approximately 30-year-old male, has not yet been identified.
The injured were taken to the National Trauma Center and the Police Hospital in Maharajgunj. The car lost control and crashed into the wall of Dream Garden.
