Kathmandu: Nepali Congress President Sher Bahadur Deuba and his wife, former Foreign Minister Dr. Arzu Rana Deuba, have fully recovered, according to Nepal Army spokesperson Brigadier General Rajaram Basnet.
Although both are in good health, they have not been discharged from the hospital as they requested additional time for internal arrangements. The couple has been under Army protection since September 9 (Bhadra 24) following an attack on their Budhanilkantha residence during the Gen Z protests.
