Dhangadhi. A wild elephant has died after getting trapped in a septic tank in Kanchanpur. The elephant was found dead in the toilet tank of the middle community forest in Shuklaphanta Municipality-7 Kalapani, which is connected to the Shuklaphanta National Park. The death of the elephant became very painful.
Kishore Kumar Mehta, head of Shuklaphanta National Park, informed that the elephant’s back body was found dead in a septic tank. Mehta said that the dead elephant will be removed from the septic tank and cremated after the autopsy.
